Labor and Delivery Class

The Labor & Delivery class is a complimentary class offered by The Resource Center taught by a registered nurse. The class consists of 3 one-hour weekly sessions offered on Thursdays from 1:15-2:15. The classes are offered in January, April, July, and October.

Upcoming 2025 Class Schedule:

Thursday Afternoons (1:15 - 2:15pm): October 2nd, 9th, 16th

Tuesday Evening (6 - 7 pm): November 4th, 11th, 18th

Signs of labor
Stages of labor
Vaginal & cesarean birth
Pain relief options during labor
Care of the mom & baby right after delivery
