Our staff understands the complex emotions surrounding an abortion decision. Whether your abortion was recent or in the past, we are here to provide abortion recovery counseling and emotional support in a safe and confidential environment.
Meeting one-on-one with someone who understands can be an important step in your healing process. No matter your story, you will be met with compassion and a listening ear. Everything is confidential.
After Abortion Support Groups & Counseling Options
If you are searching for post-abortion support near you or a support group after abortion, we offer multiple ways to connect and heal.

Support Groups: Drop-in abortion support groups provide a safe space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Living Free is a drop-in group that meets the first Tuesday of every month from 4-6 pm at The Resource Center. Come whenever you can and connect with other women who share your experience. No commitment is required.

Retreats: All-inclusive retreats offer time and space for emotional healing after abortion.
Retreats are held three times a year and run from Thursday through Sunday. Call for exact dates. -
Classes: Weekly sessions provide ongoing abortion recovery support and guidance. Classes are held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, depending on your needs. Call for more info and to discuss what time works for you.
